I have been to three dif. grocery stores in my area and I cannot find light corn syrup. There is regular and "golden" will it make a difference if I use these in the RBC incing instead of the light?
Thanks

Hey Kaat,
Not sure where you live. Around here, light corn syrup refers to the color. We have light corn syrup, which is clear, with maybe a very slight yellow cast to the color--maybe that is what you mean when you say "regular?" Then we have dark corn syrup, which is more like the color of molasses. So "light" corn syrup does not have anything to do with caloric content, if that is what you were thinking.

Thanks njusaguy that clears things up!
