Wow, so realistic... I love the little "chefs hats" on the feet (not sure what they are called...)

This is one of the best Turkey cakes I've seen. thumbs_up.gif

We're vegan and I've wanted to walk in on a Thankgiving carrying one of these Turkey cakes... just to freak them out... maybe next year... icon_rolleyes.gif

WOW!!!!! coming from you that is a wonderful compliment. thank you everyone for your kind words. it has been a very difficult year for us . i havent got any orders really and the economy is awful!! i was so happy that i was able to bring something to my brothers. my sister invited us for christmas, so my daughter asked what i am getting everyone, i said i am making cookies!! thank you God for giving me some small amount of talent. so i wont go empty handed. I am the only one working (i wait tables at night) and i have to have surgery in january, so i will be out of commission for 6 weeks. with 2 disabled kids it is very hard.

How did you do that? I would love directions [email protected] That's one of the best turkey cakes I've seen.

Sorry things are so tough right now, and I hope your surgery goes well. Seems like everyones cutting back this year. We're not exchanging gifts with the extended family this year (no money), but maybe I'll send out a few cookies.
