What do ya'll use for Italian Creme Cake? I've looked through some of the previous threads and have seen a combo of semi homemade and completely homemade. I've never made this kind before so I have no idea what goes in it traditionally or what the traditional icing is. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!

but that's just the frosting. my cake has coconut and buttermilk in it. If you need the recipe, let me know and I'll dig it out. It's so good!

I use the extended recipe mix from here with the toasted coconut and pecans, it is my bestseller. You can't go wrong with that recipe!
