hi all,
i am opening my own wedding cake business and am currently at the stage of putting my new kitchen studio together. i was wodering if anyone could shed any light on the best oven to buy. any information is greatly appreciated! thanks,

Also shopping for an oven! Have one in the bakery that is a small convection oven. Not so good for big quantities! I could also use some advice. icon_biggrin.gif

I hear Southbend is really a great oven, but I am currently leaning towards Deluxe. (it is more expensive though) It has a slower fan in it which is better for baking cakes. I hear blodget runs hot and they were REALLY out of my price range.
What I really would like to hear about as well is mixers besides Hobart. Cant afford it either! (even on ebay)
