Can anyone suggest a brand of gel color that is stronger than Wilton? I would just like to not have to use the entire jar anytime I want a nice color. I've heard Americolor...how well does that work?

Americolor is great! I have found that Wilton's colors are more subdued and tonal while Americolor's are more vibrant and cheerful.

I would recommend getting a couple of the electric colors, I use them all the time esp. blue, pink and green.
