I have a cake for Sunday that I need to make a fondant or gumpaste baby for. I don't even know where to begin. I told the lady that I didn't know how to make one but I would try to, but if not, then she was ok with buying a plastic one. But I really would like to do the fondant or gumpaste one. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME???? PLEASE!!! She wants is like the one in the pic.... This is the pic she would like it to look like, or similar to.

well, I can't see the picture, but I have made a few babies even as recently as last week. I tend to focus around the face and then go from there. If you think that I can help with the babies (mine are in my photos), feel free to let me know PM or however.

Also, the infamous Aine2 is the expert on this kind of thing. Luckily, I can usually look at a photo and recreate it on my own terms. Her photos provide much inspiration!
