my favorite flavor of international delight coffee creamer just came out as seasonal -- white chocolate raspberry
I have heard of some here who freeze it
could you please let me know how long you can keep the creamer in the freezer

thank you

I have frozen mine for up to six months, thaw it out and it is just fine.

I just bought that flavor today! I really like it. Glad to know it freezes.
Did I read somewhere that you can use a liquid creamer to flavor a cake? ***dreaming...white chocolate raspberry cake...yum***

Why not freeze in ice cube trays? Then you can bag them, and plop one in your coffee. icon_biggrin.gif

pillsbury white cake
I use 1 extra egg and replace 1/2 the water with creamer
cake came out very good

1st time I replaced all the water with creamer
the cake did not rise high as normal but was very moist
