I thought I was prepared.....I'm making a cake for my neice & nephew tonight, which is to be covered in white chocolate ganache, and I forgot the cream!!! There are no shops close and it is nearly 10pm. Can I use milk???

Yes, you can use milk, but also add some unsalted butter. If you have some coffee creamers, you can also use that. It will add a bit of flavor to your ganache.
