How could I get chocolate squares as perfectly as they did in this picture?

For Halloween I used a bat cookie cutter and cut out chocolate bats, you could probably do the same for the squares. The timing had to be just right. Spread the melted chocolate on a piece of acetate, waited for it to set up, but not hard, cut the bats out. It wouldn't work if the chocolate was too soft and wouldn't work if it was too hard, but I finally "got it".

a multi-wheel cutter. It looks like 5 or 6 pizza cutters attached on an adjustable accordian frame.
