I always make MMF and I LOVE it, but it can be chewy. I have heard a lot about Satin ice and I was wondering if the texture of Satin Ice is more soft or "icing like". If not, is there any fondants out there that have a nice texture and taste?? Thanks!!

In a word Yes! I love satin ice it is soft and has a nice flavor including the black and red
