I was completely shocked to see our local grocery store carrying dragees (sp?) that looked exactly like homemade pearls! They were #5's and were selling for $10.99 a container. Wish I could tell you the weight but I didn't look. I would compare the container to the Wilton sugars.

But are they the hard-as-a-rock kind that will break all of your teeth off? I'll stick with the fondant ones that I make myself. Nothing like having old Aunt Gertrude break her dental work at your wedding reception because of a hard dragee
