I make cupcakes. I have tried various frostings/buttercreams. Just want to know your favourite for texture and one for a sweetness that will please the kids and adults alike (middle of the road sweetness). It must pipe well and be easy to work with. It should taste great!

Any favourites you can share. I am in my experimental mode again.
