I've been trying to update. Do I hit submit or reset?? When I hit submit I get a white blank page. Reset did absolutely nothing. I tried to use the Help and it came back as fatal error. Thanks for any help.

Not sure. I have been trying to figure out if I can change my forum name. I used my job title that I had at the time I joined CC cause it was my login name for work purposes and I did not think I could remember one more login name! I have had no luck changing my forum info yet.

Thanks for the info but I still cannot get mine to work. All I was trying to do was add to the signature part. Every time I hit submit the page still goes white and the changes have not been made..hmmmm
