I have had a few requests from brides looking for edible jewlelry on their cakes.
How I really can't find anything online that can walk me through it. I am in Canada so I doubt there are any classes . But I am willing to fly or drive for a good course.

Or does anyone else have any names of good books or maybe just willing to help out a fellow cake decorator?

I bought some mold making stuff and am making my own molds with some plastic jewels. I am going to be making hard candy jewels for a wedding cake... I'll post how they turn out.
