Hi, I am not sure if this has been mentioned but I did a yellow cake using the WASC recipe except mine did not have almond because I don't care for it. It was delicious and I had many complements.
I just thought I would share this idea with you.
Good for you! I love the WASC recipe, everyone loves it.
I mix and match flavorings all the time - leave in almond, take out almond, exchange almond for orange - raspberry - coconut - pomegranate (my fav!) whatever flavoring the client wants. Then mix up different fillings and flavored icings, the possiblities are endless!
