Can you half the NFSC recipe? I don't need that many cookies and just wondered if anyone here has ever halfed the recipe? And if so, how did you do it? Just half the sugar? Just 1 egg? Just half all the ingredients?

Thanks to all for the help.

I cut all the ingredients in half all the time. Never had a problem. Hope that helps.

Reduce the baking powder to 1 tsp., rather than 1 1/2.

I made 1 1/2 recipes at a time...no problem (except my mixer wasn't happy)...so I would think 1/2 as is would work...

I 1/2 it all the time, and double it all the time. Works perfect every time.

I half it all the time and it works a lot better in my mixer. I wish I could double it today...I am making 5 batches. My mixer won't take that much though. So here I am standing in my kitchen doing one batch at a time. icon_sad.gif
