Hi,
I bake delicious fruit cakes. Since my friends and family love them so I decided to take it a notch higher and took the decorating courses and it turns out that I can do a wonderful job at that too (so my friends say). Since then my hobby has become an obsession. Now I want to learn some more from someone who is experienced and has his/her own setup. I have baked many b'day cakes but no special occassion or wedding cakes. Is there anyone in Tampa Bay area who is willing to hire me? I am not only hardworking but also have great concepts of designs. I am well organised in my work and thought process. And also I am looking for a job, even if its part time. Would prefer to work in the field of my hobby.
