I am making a dummie cake for my wedding and just serving sheet cakes to the guest. i am looking for a recipe for fondant that is good to work with to put on the dummie cake and it dont need to taste good because no one will be eating it. its mainly about looking good.

Although I would NOT eat it, I really love Wilton fondant for covering dummies. It's cheap, easy to work with, and sets up hard. You do have to work a little faster with it than you would with, say, Satin Ice.
