Hey. I am having a booth at my local fall festival in a couple weeks and I am going to make a whole bunch of baked goods but don't have a clue what to charge. I am terrible at it, I always sell myself short and never make a profit! so this is my menu any pricing info who be great!
Cinnamon rolls (like cinnabon... huge)
a few types of fudge
cupcacke pops
homemade marshmellows
cookie pops
So that is it, thanks for reading. And thanks in advance for the advice!

For starters, figure out how much it costs to make your treats. Also add in an hourly wage for your time making them. Then add in how much rent is for your booth. Add in any packaging supplies, bags, etc. That's the minumum you need to make.

It always seems to me that food is pricier at festivals/fairs. Don't sell yourself short!
