Hi everyone! For those of you who use creme bouquet flavoring, do you use it with all flavors of cake? This is the first time I have used it and I'm making a 2 tier cake, one tier strawberry and one tier chocolate. Would this flavor go with chocolate? Any input would be great. Thanks.

I meant to say that I used it in my buttercream frosting and I don't know if it would taste good with chocolate cake?

I like it bettter in the cake than in the icing. I add it to white or yellow cake. Personally, I do not like cream bouquet in chocolate icing or with anything chocolate. The lemon undertones don't go with chocolate, but that is just my tastes.
