I saw edgers that you can use on cakes covered in fondant. I was wondering if you can you use those same edgers on a buttercream cake ?
I used them on the red scroll cake in my photos. I used the wide top edger to get the contour look on top since I don't have the contour pans. Worked perfect. I used a piece of computer paper under it and then had to resmooth the sides.
