Hi-
Curious to know what current store owners are:
1. Paying per month in rent?
2. How much space you have (for the rent)?
3. What type of space you are in?

Thanks!

Wow Mary-
Do u mind sharing where you are located? City and state?

Location (city or not) is a huge factor in price, probably a question I should have added.

Thanks!

Hmmmmm... knowing what some of you are paying for retail, the location I was considering doesn't seem so bad now!

$4,400 for 5,400 sq. feet. HUGE warehouse, office/retail front and a second story that can be used as living quarters. (Similar to Duff's arrangement, I think)

I think I just might have to go for it! LOL!
