i've baked a fruit cake with some cream cheese as one of its ingredients.

i know fruit cakes are somewhat shelf stable, & can last a very long time in the refrigerator.

does a fruit cake with cream cheese mixed into the batter, can also be left out in RT? at least for a few days?

TIA.

If the cream cheese is not layered, but mixed into the batter, the cake will be shelf stable. icon_smile.gif

would be worried if it is not shelf stable...
