I am wanting to buy a rolling cart that I can use when I am catering events or have some of those extremely heavy cakes to deliver - but I am wanting something that has like the 3 shelves but can also flatten in some way so that I can get it into my van. Does something like this exist? I know there is a flatbed dolly that fold up and if I have to get that I will but I would really rather something that has shelves. If any of you know anything about this I would really appreciate it. Thanks all
