Make Bubbles In The Mud??.......

I'm doing a mud puddle and I need bubbles in it...like gas coming up. I searched for bubbles in the galleries but they are all clean white bubbles mostly. Would I just do them the same except like a tan color? Or different colors of brown? I'm used chocolate for the mud. Thanks for any help!!!
