I have a friend in that area that's looking for a cake for the weekend of Sept 20 for her husband's 40th birthday. She went to a bakery on Monday with the idea for the cake (which is a jersey cake in buttercream with the name & number in fondant) and was told they wouldn't do fondant on buttercream because the letters will slide. It either had to be all fondant or all buttercream, so she left because it's not what she wanted.
Anybody around/available to do this cake for her?
