I'm sure there are threads out there on this topic, but I can't find them!!! Does anyone know of one they could shoot to me?

And, if not, how do you price these for wedding cakes? (styrofoam w/buttercream and fondant)

Thanks!!

I charge 80% if styrofoam is PART of the wedding cake ... 100% if they want an all styrofoam cake.

So if they want a cake for 100, with 14/12/10/6, using a styro as the 14", then the 12/10/6 = 100 servings x $3 = $300 PLUS the 14 " =- 78 servings x $3 = $234 x 80% =$187.20.

$187.20 + $300 = $487.20 for cake for 100.
(i did the math in my head, so please excuse any math errors, and i don't have my serving chart handy, so I'm guestimating the servings per tier.) icon_redface.gif
