I'm doing 3 little 6" cakes for a customer who wants her church class of teenage girls to experience the different flavors of wedding cakes. I'm doing one chocolate w. cookies and cream filling and white BC, another is a classic white cake w. a strawberry fruit filling and white BC and I'm having "cake block" when it comes to the 3rd. I'd like to use the white cake/white BC combo again but use a fabulous filling that will make it taste completely different than the others. Any ideas?!!!

Passionfruit.
Mango.
A liqueur flavored filling with Kahlua, Cointreu, Chambord, Campari, etc.
Red raspberry
Truffle
Champagne
Almond/marzipan
Lemon
Kumquat
Coconut

There are some great recipes here and online at some of the big sites too for more ideas. Sounds tasty!

add white chocolate pudding mix to the white cake mix to give it a little different flavor and texture. Then fill with rasperry jam drizzled with melted white chocolate. It is AWESOME!

I immediately thought of Blackberry - Use Blackberry jam mixed with Whipped Cream or even cream cheese
