How much do you charge for a fondant covered 6,8 and 10 inch cake either chocolate or WASC? Will this feed 60 people? I am in Australia so if you know the price in Aussie dollars that would be great. Im not sure how much to charge? Thanks icon_smile.gif

That is 65 servings in my book (70+ if you go by wilton) so you will have plenty of servings. Fondant covered cakes start at $5.50/serving for me.. so $357.50 US so about $412.90 AUD. HTH's icon_smile.gif

Depends on what's your costs and the time involved.

Can't give you a number...because I can only sell it for 125-150 US dollars

I know I know...cheap. But minimum wage here is like $1.50 US.

I don't have my chart for servings with me, try wilton.com. But I'm thinking it should be around 50 or 62. Anyway, for the pricing. I would do $3.00 US for the chocolate and $3.25 US per serving. That's how I price here. If anything fancy for decorations on the side, very time consuming add for that too. Hope this helps a little. Sorry I can't convert to Aussie dollars.
