I've been requested to make a cake with "whipped Frosting". I believe they're looking for a frosting much like many of the commercial grocery stores produce. I personally am not a fan of the whipped frostings; however, I'm not the one eating the cake either. haha I've tried a few recipes but haven't been happy with the texture or taste of them. The frosting needs to be whipped but still have the stability needed to decorate with. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
