So, I'm making a cake for this weekend and I need PB icing. Apparently this can be done by just adding PB to my BC. Does that sound right? How much do I put in? I use the BC Dream recipe.
Thanks,
Jamie

I just add it to my regular BC and keep adding until it is the way I want it.

I knew you must be from my end of the country. PB icing is a north east thing.
When I lived in Tn and was pregnant with my son I couldn't find it anywhere. None of the bakeries had even heard of it.

The cake mix doctor book has a great recipe for peanut butter buttercream....

1 cup of creamy peanut butter
8 tablespoon of butter
2 cups of confect sugar
3-4 tablespoons of milk
2 teas of vanilla extract

Cream butter and pb together, blend until fluffy, add the sugar, 3 table of milk, vanilla, mix on low 1 min then medium until fluffy add last tablespoon of milk if needed.

It is DELISH
