I just received my stacking video by Sugarshack.
What is the difference between American & European cake drums?

I also bought bubble tea straws. mine are pink. Is there a difference due to color?

Also I have a Lindy Smith & Debbie Brown book-do any of you know how deep the pans are-the rounds are they 2 inches high? Some look a lot bigger than 2 inch high. ( I know some are bowls-that's not what I am talking about)

That's all I can remember right now! TIA!

Hi!

American drums= the famous brand name sold at craft stores that i cannot say on the DVD.

Eurooean are the kind you get online from supply places ( not the big American name)

any color bubble tea straw is fine! Mine come in assorted colors; I never know what i will get!

"American" cake drums are quite flimsy compared to the European ones. The "American" ones bend pretty easily and are quite light, while the European ones are much heavier and sturdier.
