customer service! I just thought that I would share. They sell really cool and unique sugar/candy molds. It is worth checking out their site. They sell a gem mold and I am so anxious to try it. Has anybody else tried it?

I totally agree - first-rate customer service and products. I have two of their gem molds - they work well.
