Hi I am thinking of using the new wilton plastic dowels instead of the wooden ones..

square stacked wedding cake, 8,10,12" due tomorrow..

it says to use less dowels for the plastic ones.. but I am not sure how many for each tier..

I do plan on using a long wooden center dowel through all three cakes.

can anyone who has used these before help me out..
