Does anyone have an idea on how to make carmel mocha icing?

I made caramel flavored icing the other day by substituting my liquid w/ Caramel/Vanilla liquid Coffeemate. As for the mocha I'd add just a small amount of espresso (1/2 tsp) to the caramel icing, be it an actual caramel icing recipe or tweaking your normal BC recipe.
