I've never seen anything like this is it gelatin - like jello that you layer and do designs in? It really is quite remarkable.

You know I just saw this done for the first time this weekend. My friend who does cakes too did a Mcqueen gelatin using the wilton cake pan. She's from venezuela and learned how to do it there. It was really nice. I'm going to forward your site to her.
Wow!!! I have to admit I can't stand Jell-O, but I would defintely try your gelatins. They're beautiful.
