Ok, I am making a cupcake tower for a carnival theme Bat Mitzvah.
i have seen the popcorn cupcakes but i was also thinking of doing cotton candy and snow cone looking cupcakes.
I was thinking for the snow cones i would make them in the mini ball pan so that they are round and put sugar crystals so it looks like ice and then the color spray for the liquid. Any other ideas would help.
OK, now for the cotton candy... I am lost, any ideas?
Please help!!!!

The first thing that came to my mind when thinking about cotton candy would be spun sugar. I was just looking at an article on here the other day that told how to do it. Not sure how that would taste but I think the effect would be cool!

I don't really know either but my first thought was to do the cotton candy cupcakes the same way you mentioned doing the sno cone ones, but just use real cotton candy on top. You can buy it at the dollar stores.
