What Does Wasc Cupcakes Mean?

I've been researching how to make the ornament cakes, and have not had much luck figuring out what WASC refers to in most of the instructions...Please help....I'd appreciate it! icon_smile.gif

WASC = White Almond Sour Cream cake, which is a popular doctored cake mix around here.
