I'll be making cookies, covered in fondant with fondant accents. Question - will piping gel hold the accents onto the cookie? Need something that will not show when I get messy. Adhering rose, leaves, and monogram - all made of fondant to fondant covered cookie. Will piping hold it secure? Thanks

You can adhere fondant to fondant with just water or you can use gumpaste glue. (Just mix a little gumpaste in water and let it dissolve)

Piping gel isn't really going to dry well. I use plain water and very little. I brush it on with a paint brush.
