Upgrading Mixers From Kitchenaid 5 Quart Artisian To ??

I am wanting to upgrade my Kitchenaid mixer.. I have a 5 quart artisian and want to go up a level but really want something larger than the kitchenaid 6 quart.... Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I have the Cuisinart 7Q and I love, love, love it. I did keep my KA and use it for smaller batches of stuff.

I have the Cuisinart 5.5 only because they didn't have the 7 qt in stock and I couldn't wait. I absolutely love it -- I'm sure the 7qt is great too.

Does the Cuisinart have a paddle like the KA?

Paddle, whip, and a shield that fits onto the head with a pour spout so you can feed stuff in while it's mixing and not wear whatever you are pouring in. icon_lol.gif

I'm upgrading to the 7 qt. Cusinart. I cannot wait to get it. I have a 4.5 Kitchenaid now.
