I know I saw this recipe on here a few weeks ago because I used it and now I can't find it. The problem is I don't think it is in the recipe section. I just happened to come across it on one of the discussion forums and now I can't find it. I'm pretty sure it was called toasted coconut pineapple filling. I got rave reviews for it and I am mad at myself for misplacing the recipe. If anyone has it, please let me know! Thanks!
