thanks for the info, is the recipe in the website? sounds really good. Is it a good cake for carving and is it dense enough to hold up to stacking and such. Is it consistent in how it turns out, for cake business purposes

the recipe is on this website. if you go and search in the recipes for white almond sour cream you will find it. it is very yummy, and if you follow the recipe it always turns out great! i haven't tried to carve it but there is a good 3D cake recipe on here too.
