I've made Michelle Foster's fondant once and I must say that I prefer it a 100x over MMF. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a chocolate version of her fondant. Thanks.

Michele recommends melting 1 cup of chocolate chips with the other melted ingredients to produce chocolate fondant. I personally prefer to mix the fondant with modeling paste for a richer, deeper chocolate flavor.

Does it matter if it's semi-sweet or milk chocolate?

Semi sweet will counteract the sweetness of the fondant nicely and give you a more chocolatey flavor.
