Has anyone tried the cream cheese fondant? It sounds delish, I was wondering if it needs to be refrigerated since it has cream cheese. If not how long will it keep out?

I've never heard of it. Is it pre-made or is there a recipe for it? If there's a recipe, would you please PM it to me or post it?

Thanks -

i just read from wilton forum that it is only a cream cheese flavoring from lor-ann oil... so you just need to make a regular fondant or MMF and just add the cream cheese flavoring. so there's no need to refrigerate the cake. the forum says it is great for red velvet cake and carrot cake.

You can find it under the recipe section. Kansaswolf submitted it.

I would love to make it, but wasn't sure how long it would last or the proper storing method.

Does anyone have any idea?
