I went to a wedding in Dec. It was a 2nd marriage for both -but to each other again. Anyway they had a small wedding cake and then chocolate and white sheet cakes. When the lady who made them cut the chocolate cake I could see that it was really moist and even glistened from the moisture. I'm not a real big cake eater fan, but had to try it. It was good & moist (I'm not much of a judge I leave that to my tasters) but was amazed at how it looked when cut. My chocolate cakes never look that moist, if anyone else's does, I'd love to have your recipe! TIA (She won't give hers out)
