Has anyone used the Italian Sweet Cream CoffeeMate creamer in a cake batter? If so, did you use WASC or some other batter and how did you like it? It smells wonderful and seems like it would add a great flavor to a white cake. And what about icing...yes, no, maybe??
I don't know, but I just bought the stuff and you are right, it smells like heaven. I bet it would be great as a milk replacement in buttercream. I'd be interested in using it to flavor a cake mix too!
Its wonderful stuff.... they need to make it in the larger size... I cant keep it in the house...
