I have every ingredient for WASC except the extract. Can I sub almond oil instead of the extract? If so, how much and do I need to increase the clear vanilla or the water since the oil isn't as liquid as the extract?

Thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

You can use one eighth as much pure bitter almond oil can also be a substitute. I found that little tidbit on http://everything2.com/e2node/almond%2520extract. Have a read if you'd like before you make the substitution.

Just be sure that you are not buying sweet almond oil - that is a very light, odorless, tasteless carrier oil. I use it in soap and lotions - it will add no flavor at all icon_lol.gif .
