Has anyone tried this? My marshmellow fondant is an off-white, and I was wondering if the white food coloring might by any chance make it a brighter white. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!

Never tried it but the tiniest amount of violet added will offset the yellow and make it whiter.

Violet has never worked for me. Maybe I use too much.

I've used the Wilton whitener in a pinch and it has worked.
