I am hoping to make some cake mix cookies in the next hour or so. The recipe I'd like to use calls for a 511g cake mix. The cake mix I have says on the front 470g, and the mix weighs 350g, so the 470 must be the weight of the baked cake. Can anyone tell me if 511g would mean the weight of the uncooked mixture?
