The director of our church's preschool is retiring and moving to a different state. I am doing the farewell cake this weekend. Does anyone have any good ideas???

Thanks!!!

Um lets see maybe a replica of the building with little kids waving goodbye and holding good luck signs. Or perhaps have the kids design the cake. Things they like about the director etc....

Maybe a school bus or a car driving them away but the car or vehicle is actually tied down to the ground... as if to say we wont let you go.

I did one once on a 2-layer 10" square. I put all the kids names around the sides and on the top put a rose spray with a message, "We will miss you, Ms. Jessica." Depending on how many children are in the preschool, that may work for you.

That is a good idea jammjenks.

An autograph book and have the kids sign the book with the edible markers that are available at the grocery store. I think Duncan Hines makes them.
